1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the webshop of Nio Liv, operated by Fma Hanna Enlund, Business ID 2440323-4, located at Maxmovägen 242, 66640 Maxmo, Finland.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment Options

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Online banking (Finnish banks)

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Mobile payments (e.g. MobilePay)

  • Paypal

Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider Paytrail Plc.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

3. Delivery Methods, Times, and Fees

We deliver orders within Finland and to selected international destinations.

Delivery methods:

  • Postal delivery (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto)

  • Parcel lockers / pickup points

Delivery times:

  • Finland: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery fees:
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

In accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.

5. Return and Refund Policy

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to make a return:

  • Contact us via email at: hello@nioliv.fi

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Follow the return instructions provided

Return conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for any decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary

Return costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product 

  • Refunds are always issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction

6. Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer fails to collect a shipment and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the delivery and return costs.

7. Defective Products and Complaints

If a product is defective or does not match the order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at hello@nioliv.fi.

We comply with Finnish consumer protection laws regarding defects and liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the webshop or products, except where required by mandatory law.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

Consumers have the right to bring disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
